Officials at Eastern Kentucky University said a sprinkler head broke early Thursday morning, causing Martin Hall to be evacuated.

They said students were forced to leave the building at around 2:30am.

Investigators believe the sprinkler head may have been tampered with, putting pressure into the water main.
