Police say a fight at a Wendy’s in Lexington ended with a speeding car narrowly missing two officers.
Police say a man named David Philpott, who is possibly from Laurel County, threatened to cut a man Monday night at the fast food restaurant on Athens-Boonesboro Road.
When officers arrived they say they tried to arrest Philpott for outstanding warrants.

Police say Philpott then drove off in a Cadillac and barely missed hitting them.
He still hasn’t been caught.
