Former UK star Anthony Davis was in town recently and had some advice for the two guys headed to the league this summer..Nerlens Noel and Archie Goodwin of course declared for the NBA Draft earlier this month.

Noel coming off that season-ending ACL injury is continuing to rehab well and is ahead of schedule according to doctor James Andrews.

Goodwin isn’t exactly gaining ground in the draft but leaving Lexington may be what’s right for him and his family.

For both guys, their first season will be a lot different than it was in college at UK.

With plenty of guys to turn to now in the pros from just the past few years really…so it’s easy to relate to a guy coming off a pretty good rookie campaign in New Orleans.

Hear from Davis in the video.
