Curtis Howard, 32, is charged with 100 counts of rape, 100 counts of sodomy, and 50 counts of incest.
State police said they arrested him around 2 p.m. at his home in Lancaster.
Troopers said the charges came to light Wednesday, when Howard’s wife called police while the family was moving to Mercer County.
She complained of physical abuse, said police, then told them about sexual abuse that she and another family member had endured since moving to Garrard County.
State police said the family had lived in Lancaster since May–just over five months at the time of Howard’s arrest.
"The charges are an ongoing course of events. This was not a single instance, but several abuses per week," said Trooper Paul Blanton of Kentucky State Police’s Richmond post.
Howard was sent to Casey County Jail without bond.
