Tax revenues in Kentucky were bigger than expected in the fiscal year that just ended.

Budget Director Mary Lassiter says revenue was $83 million more than predicted for the fiscal year that ended June 30th.

But she says it doesn’t change the fact that Kentucky still faces budget cuts in the coming year.
