| Update: Man Accused Of Killing Marion County Sheriff's Deputy Released From Hospital
State Police said Monday that Dewayne Shipp was released from a Louisville hospital and taken to the Kentucky State Reformatory in La Grange. He's accused of gunning down Marion County Sheriff's Deputy Anthony Rakes.
