State Police said two people were killed Friday afternoon following a head-on collision on Highway 57, near Mt. Carmel.

State Police said Jason Grizzell, 33, of Lexington, was killed when the car he was driving collided head-on with another vehicle on U.S. 27 in northern Garrard County on Wednesday.

State Police have identified the five people who were killed in a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in Knox County.
