We're learning more about the capture of fugitive John Buckley IV. Police in Laramie, Wyoming say officers first tried to take him into custody Wednesday afternoon on South 3rd Street.

John Buckley IV was captured Wednesday afternoon, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
