Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Sergio Garcia defeated Mikko Ilonen with a birdie on the third playoff hole Saturday to claim the title of the Qatar Masters and move back into the top 10 in this week's world golf ranking.

Garcia's 11th career win on the European Tour moved him up two spots to ninth.

Tiger Woods again maintained the No. 1 ranking ahead of Adam Scott, Henrik Stenson, Phil Mickelson and Justin Rose.

The first movement in the rankings came with Rory McIlroy inching up a place to sixth, which caused Zach Johnson to drop to seventh. Matt Kuchar held firm in eighth ahead of Garcia and Jason Day remained in 10th.

Steve Stricker fell two places to 11th, while Ian Poulter and Jason Dufner maintained their spots at Nos. 12 and 13.

Dustin Johnson and Brandt Snedeker swapped places to sit in 14th and 15th, respectively. Jordan Spieth and Graeme McDowell also traded places, with Spieth moving up to 16th.

Charl Schwartzel, Webb Simpson and Luke Donald stayed put to round out the top 20.

The weekend's PGA Tour winner, Scott Stallings, birdied his final hole on Sunday to earn a 1-stroke victory over five different players and vault 59 places up the rankings to 53rd.
