Renton, WA (Sports Network) - The Seattle Seahawks have re-signed unrestricted free agent kicker Steven Hauschka, the team announced Friday.

Hauschka connected on all 23 of his field-goal attempts from 49 yards or closer last season and went 24-of-27 overall, while knocking down all but two of his 48 extra-point attempts as well during the 2012 campaign.

The 27-year-old Massachusetts native joined the Seahawks in 2011 and has hit 49-of-57 field goal tries with the club.

Over five seasons with Baltimore, Denver and Seattle, Hauschka has made 65- of-79 field-goal attempts while missing just three of his 120 extra-point tries.
