Recap: Philadelphia vs. Baltimore

Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Michael Vick scored on a 1-yard run with just 1:55 remaining to lift the Philadelphia Eagles to a 24-23 win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.

Trailing 23-17, Vick led the Eagles down the field with a 10-play, 80-yard march to take the lead, capped by the touchdown scamper.

Vick, who also led Philadelphia to a come-from-behind win over the Cleveland Browns last week, took the snap and ran to his left before diving across the goal line.

On the previous play Vick dropped back to pass and was hit as he was releasing the ball. The play was originally ruled a fumble, but an official review overturned the call.

Joe Flacco's pass on 4th-and-1 with 54 seconds to play sailed out of bounds and the Eagles (2-0) held on for a second straight one-point win.

Vick finished the game 23-for-32 through the air for 371 yards and a touchdown, but threw two interceptions. Vick also rushed for 33 yards and a score.

LeSean McCoy ran for 81 yards and a touchdown, but lost a fumble, one of the Eagles' four turnovers.

"They try to intimidate you, that's one of their strategies," Eagles defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins said of the Ravens. "They try to get you out of your game. We're not going to let anybody intimidate us, especially in our own house."

Flacco threw for 232 yards and a touchdown after completing 22-of-42 passes. Ray Rice carried the ball 16 times for 99 yards and Jacoby Jones caught a 21-yard touchdown pass for the Ravens (1-1), who look to bounce back against the New England Patriots next week.

"I thought the Ravens fought and competed. It was a chaotic game out there," Ravens coach John Harbaugh said. "It didn't go our way at the end, but I am proud of our guys. I think we will be just fine coming out of this game going forward."

Justin Tucker nailed three field goals, including a pair of 50-plus yard kicks for Baltimore.

After driving down to the Ravens' 12-yard line on the game's opening possession, Vick was picked off for the first time when Bernard Pollard made a diving catch in the end zone.

Baltimore, however, gave it right back as Flacco was stripped by Trent Cole and the ball was pounced on by Jenkins.

On 3rd-and-20, Vick dumped it off to Brent Celek, who picked up 19 yards, and the Eagles turned to McCoy to pick up the first down on 4th-and-short.

After a 1-yard gain from Bryce Brown, Ravens safety Ed Reed was flagged for roughing the passer, giving the Eagles the ball on the Baltimore 1-yard line. McCoy did the rest and punched it in to put the Eagles on top 7-0.

The Ravens turned to the no huddle on the ensuing possession and quickly moved the ball down the field, gaining at least four yards on all seven plays.

Flacco opened the march with a 23-yard strike to Ed Dickson before back-to- back rushes from Rice put the ball on the Eagles' 24. A quick pass to Dennis Pitta and a 4-yard gain from Rice followed by Anquan Boldin's 7-yard reception set up a 5-yard plunge over the goal line from fullback Vonta Leach.

After Vick was sacked on the next possession, the Eagles were forced to punt it back to Baltimore.

Flacco's pass to Rice on 3rd-and-4 was incomplete and the Ravens lined up to punt it back to Philadelphia.

But the snap went to Sean Considine, who tripped over his blocker and fell short of the first down, giving the Eagles excellent starting field position.

The Eagles, however, spoiled the opportunity when Vick botched a handoff to Bryce Brown on third down.

The Ravens capitalized on the turnover with a touchdown to go up 14-7 when Flacco found Jones for a 21-yard score. Rice broke a 43-yard rush to get the ball in Philadelphia territory and three plays later, Flacco located Jones on the sideline for the score.

Tucker nailed a 56-yarder at the end of the half to put Baltimore ahead 17-7.

After DeMeco Ryans picked off Flacco on the Ravens' opening drive in the second half, the Eagles marched down the field and scored when Vick found Jeremy Maclin all alone in the end zone from 23 yards out. Vick scrambled to the left and took off down field, but whipped the ball to Maclin just as he approached the line of scrimmage.

Following a Baltimore three-and-out, Vick led the Eagles down the field, but the drive was halted after Vick fell short of the first down on 3rd-and-7. Vick scrambled up the middle and lunged forward to pick up the first down, falling just shy of the marker. Alex Henery followed with a 23-yard field goal to knot it up at 17-17.

On the second to last play of the third quarter, Vick's pass was tipped by Celek and picked off by Reed.

The Ravens then drove down the field, but Flacco was sacked on 3rd-and-14 and Baltimore settled for a 51-yard field goal.

After the Eagles' drive stalled on their own 48-yard line, Chas Henry punted it back to the Ravens. Flacco led Baltimore down the field, highlighted with a 37-yard dump off to Rice.

On 3rd-and-12 from the Eagles' 25, Flacco connected with Jones in the end zone, but the touchdown was nullified following an offensive pass interference call.

"The refs are ridiculous, they need to do something about it," Boldin said. "The guy was holding (Jones) all the way down the field. When he tried to get the guy off of him they wanted to throw a flag. The refs are a joke, man."

Flacco's pass to Rice on 3rd-and-22 went for just five yards, and Baltimore turned to Tucker once again, and the rookie kicker split the uprights from 48- yards out.
