Tampa, FL (Sports Network) - The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed wide receiver Jordan Norwood on Wednesday.

The 26-year-old Penn State product caught 13 passes for 137 yards in two games with Cleveland last season. In 2011, he started four of the 14 games in which he played for the Browns, registering 23 receptions for 268 yards and one touchdown.

Norwood also appeared in one game with Philadelphia in 2009.

The team opened a roster spot by waiving defensive end Aaron Morgan.
