Eagles LB Hunt has surgery to repair partially torn ACL

Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Phillip Hunt underwent surgery to repair a partially torn left ACL on Thursday.

Hunt is the fourth Eagle to suffer an ACL injury this camp, joining wide receivers Arrelious Benn and Jeremy Maclin and linebacker Jason Phillips.

The 27-year-old Hunt, a former CFL standout, has 16 tackles and three sacks over 22 games the past two seasons.
