Davie, FL (Sports Network) - The Miami Dolphins signed veteran offensive tackle Tyson Clabo, the team announced on Sunday.

According to multiple reports, the deal is worth one year, though financial terms were not specified.

The 6-foot-6, 329-pounder spent the last seven seasons with the Atlanta Falcons and earned a trip to the Pro Bowl during the 2010 campaign. A former undrafted free agent out of Wake Forest, Clabo originally signed with Denver in 2004.

"We are happy that we have reached an agreement with Tyson," Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland said. "He will be a great addition to the offensive line both on the field and in the meeting room."

The 31-year-old, who enters his 10th season in the league, has started all 101 games he's played in over the course of his career.

Clabo should help anchor an offensive line which lost four-time Pro Bowl left tackle Jake Long to the St. Louis Rams in free agency during the offseason. Miami also drafted University of Tennessee offensive lineman Dallas Thomas in the third round of last week's NFL Draft.
