Jacksonville, FL (Sports Network) - The Jacksonville Jaguars signed cornerback Will Blackmon on Wednesday and waived rookie cornerback Marcus Burley.

Blackmon has played in 43 games with two starts over six seasons with the Green Bay Packers and New York Giants, totaling 21 tackles, five fumble recoveries and two forced fumbles.

The 28-year-old Boston College product was not on a roster in 2012 and spent the 2013 preseason with the Seattle Seahawks before he was waived on Tuesday.

Burley, 23, went undrafted in April's draft and was signed as a free agent.
