Irving, TX (Sports Network) - The Dallas Cowboys signed their second-round draft choice, tight end Gavin Escobar, on Friday.

The 47th overall selection out of San Diego State, Escobar finished his collegiate career with 122 receptions for 1,646 yards and 17 touchdowns. He completed his final season with the Aztecs by catching 42 balls for 543 yards and six scores.

With the signing, the Cowboys have all but one of their 2013 draft picks under contract, the lone holdout being first-round selection Travis Frederick.
