Irving, TX (Sports Network) - Dallas Cowboys defensive end Anthony Spencer is doubtful for Sunday's game against the New York Giants due to a knee injury.

Spencer, who was given the Cowboys' franchise tag during the offseason, underwent knee surgery at the end of July. Spencer experienced swelling in the knee last weekend and did not practice this week.

The 2007 first-round Purdue product registered 11 sacks and 95 tackles last season as the team's 3-4 outside linebacker opposite DeMarcus Ware.

In addition, running back Lance Dunbar (foot), safety Danny McCray (hamstring) and defensive end Ben Baas (shoulder) have all been ruled out.
