Lake Forest, IL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Chicago Bears have ruled out defensive tackle Jeremiah Ratliff and long snapper Patrick Mannelly for Sunday's contest against the Detroit Lions.

Ratliff is dealing with a groin issue and Mannelly is sidelined with a calf issue. The injuries kept both players out of practice all week.

The Bears may also be without starting defensive end Shea McClellin for as he recovers from an injured hamstring suffered last week in practice.

McClellin, who has totaled 22 tackles and 3 1/2 sacks on the season, was limited in practice on Thursday, then did not participate Friday and his status was downgraded.

Five players are listed as probable including starting quarterback Jay Cutler (groin) and cornerback Charles Tillman (knee). Both players participated fully in Friday's session.
