Charlotte, NC (SportsNetwork.com) - The Carolina Panthers will be without starting right guard Chris Scott on Sunday as the club travels to take on the San Francisco 49ers.

In place of Scott, who has a knee sprain, Nate Chandler will receive his first career start and Geoff Hangartner is also expected to see some time.

Starting linebacker Chase Blackburn, who has a foot injury, will be a game- time decision for the Panthers as well in Week 10. If Blackburn can't go, A.J. Klien will get the start.

Also listed as out for the game is cornerback James Dockery.
