Brooklyn, NY (Sports Network) - Chicago Bulls guard Kirk Hinrich has a left calf injury that is expected to keep him out of Monday's Game 5 of the Eastern Conference quarterfinals against Brooklyn.

Hinrich played nearly 60 minutes in Saturday's triple-overtime win in Game 4, which gave Chicago a 3-1 advantage in the best-of-seven series. He entered Monday morning's shootaround wearing a walking boot.

According to the Chicago Tribune, an MRI exam revealed only a bruise, but one that could keep him sidelined for more than Game 5.

Hinrich has averaged 11.3 points and 5.8 assists over the first four games of the series.
