New Orleans, LA (Sports Network) - The New York Knicks have rebounded from their lone loss in emphatic fashion.

Carmelo Anthony tallied 19 of his game-high 29 points in the first quarter and the Knicks opened a three-game road trip with a 102-80 rout of the New Orleans Hornets.

"It was good to get it going early," Anthony said. "Any time you can start off on the road like that, in the first quarter like that, it gives us a lot of confidence."
