Jazz F Williams to miss next 3 games

Salt Lake City, UT (Sports Network) - Utah Jazz forward Marvin Williams will sit out the next three games with inflammation in his right knee.

The injury occurred during Utah's win over the Dallas Mavericks on Monday. The team announced Tuesday via Twitter that Williams was treated by team orthopedist Dr. Lyle Mason.

Williams is averaging 8.9 points and 3.5 rebounds per game this season.
