Grizzlies sign Morris to 10-day contract

Memphis, TN (SportsNetwork.com) - The Memphis Grizzlies have signed guard Darius Morris to a 10-day contract.

Morris will join his third team this season, having already played for the Philadelphia 76ers and Los Angeles Clippers. He has averaged 4.2 points and 1.6 assists in a combined 22 games this season.

The 23-year-old Michigan product owns career averages of 3.7 points and 1.5 assists in 89 games, including 17 starts, with the Lakers, 76ers and Clippers. He was selected by the Lakers in the second round of the 2011 NBA Draft.
