Flushing, NY (Sports Network) - The New York Mets have activated infielder Justin Turner from the 15-day disabled list.

Turner was placed on the DL on June 18 due to a left intercostal strain. He is batting .266 with six RBI in 44 games this season.

To make room on the roster for Turner, the Mets optioned pitcher Greg Burke to Triple-A Las Vegas.
