Scottsdale, AZ (Sports Network) - Jamie Moyer, trying to make the Rockies' Opening Day roster at age 49, helped his case by throwing three innings of one-run ball in Colorado's 5-2 win over the White Sox in spring training.

Jason Giambi went 2-for-2 with a walk, a run scored and another driven in for the Rockies.

Eduardo Escobar had two hits and an RBI for Chicago, while starter John Danks was tagged for three runs -- one earned -- on three hits and four walks over three innings.
