Cleveland, OH (Sports Network) - The Cleveland Indians have placed outfielder Michael Bourn on the 15-day disabled list with a lacerated right index finger.

The move is retroactive to Monday, one day after the offseason addition suffered the injury sliding into first base. This marks just his second career stint on the DL.

In 10 games this season, Bourn is batting .333 with two home runs and four doubles.

To fill the roster spot, the Indians recalled pitcher Corey Kluber from Triple-A Columbus.
