Pace wins Sanya Ladies Open in playoff

Hainan, China (Sports Network) - Lee-Anne Pace birdied the first playoff hole on Sunday to defeat Yu Yang Zhang and win the Sanya Ladies Open.

Pace, who also won this event in 2010, carded a 70 in the final round at Yalong Bay Golf Club, while Zhang shot 65, as the pair finished regulation at 13-under-par 203.

"It's a really nice feeling to come back and win here again," said Pace, who earned her eighth Ladies European Tour victory.

Ye Na Chung shot 72 to place solo third at 12-under 204, while Linda Wessberg (70) and Yu Ting Shi (71) tied for fourth at minus-11.
