Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Despite the LPGA having the week off, amateur sensation Lydia Ko moved up a spot to No. 4 in this week's women's world rankings.

The 16-year-old, who won the Canadian Women's Open among her six top-10 finishes this season, inched up a spot from fifth last week.

The top three players remained the same ahead of Ko, with Inbee Park maintaining the top spot and again being followed by Suzann Pettersen and Stacy Lewis.

So Yeon Ryu also moved up a place to fifth, while Na Yeon Choi dropped a pair of slots to sixth. Karrie Webb held firm in seventh.

I.K. Kim and Catriona Matthew both jumped up a spot to sit in eighth and ninth, causing Shanshan Feng to fall two places to round out the top 10.

Paula Creamer, Cristie Kerr and Jiyai Shin stayed put from 11th to 13th ahead of Ai Miyazato and Lizette Salas, who swapped places to sit in 14th and 15th, respectively.

Angela Stanford, Hee Young Park and Beatriz Recari were again placed 16th through 18th. Ai Miyazato moved up a place to 19th, resulting in former world No. 1 Yani Tseng dropping a place to round out the top 20.
