Charleston, SC (SportsNetwork.com) - Willis Hall sank a jumper with four seconds to play as the College of Charleston Cougars escaped with a 47-46 victory over the Drexel Dragons in a Colonial Athletic Conference thriller at TD Arena.

Canyon Barry scored 10 points as the only player in double figures for Charleston (13-13, 5-6 CAA), which has won five of its last six. Adjehi Baru and Hall collected 13 and 11 rebounds, respectively.

Frantz Massenat tallied 16 points and Tavon Allen produced a double-double of 12 points and 10 boards off the bench for Drexel (13-11, 5-6), which had a two-game surge ended.

Charleston had the upper hand at halftime, leading 24-18. The Cougars shot 37.5 percent from the floor in the first frame, while limiting Drexel to 25.9 percent.

After the break the Cougars fell to 28 percent shooting, while the Dragons improved to 38.5 percent. Drexel managed to claim a 46-43 lead with 23 seconds to play, but a pair of free-throws from Joe Chealey and Hall's last-second shot pushed the Cougars to the narrow victory.

The two teams combined to knock down only 2-of-22 shots from beyond the arc. Drexel outscored Charleston, 11-2, off of turnovers.
