Recap: Buffalo vs. Eastern Mich

Buffalo, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Jarryn Skeete knocked down four 3-pointers off the bench en route to a game-high 19 points, as the Buffalo Bulls claimed a 76-66 win over the Eastern Michigan Eagles in a Mid-American Conference tilt at Alumni Arena.

Will Regan and Jarod Oldham scored 11 apiece, and Javon McCrea recorded a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds to help the Bulls (8-4, 2-0 MAC) extend their winning streak to four in a row while also improving to 7-1 at home.

Glenn Bryant led the way with 19 points and 10 boards for the Eagles (9-6, 1-1), who entered the day seeking a third straight win but came up short. Mike Talley was next in line with 15 points, followed by Raven Lee with 12, and Karrington Ward with 10.

UB shot just 36.4 percent from the floor in the first half and was outrebounded by a 21-14 margin. However, the Bulls held a 5-0 edge in 3- pointers made as the teams went into the locker room with the score tied at 30-30.

EMU led by eight four minutes into the second half, but the Eagles went cold the rest of the way as they shot just 35.3 percent from the floor over the final 20 minutes and committed seven turnovers.

UB committed only eight turnovers for the game, compared to 17 for EMU. In addition, the Bulls had 22 assists on 27 field goals as they were able to consistently find the open man.
