Recap: Columbia vs. Dartmouth

Manhattan, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Maodo Lo scored a game-high 22 points as the Columbia Lions defeated the Dartmouth Big Green, 69-59, in Ivy League action at Levien Gym.

Also scoring in double figures for the Lions (15-10, 4-4 Ivy) was Alex Rosenberg with 19 points as he converted all but one of his 15 attempts at the free-throw line on the night. The victory snapped a two-game slide for Columbia.

The Big Green (9-13, 2-6), losers of four in a row, were led by Connor Boehm with 15 points off the bench, followed by Alex Mitola and Tyler Melville with 13 and 11 points, respectively.

The largest lead for either side in the first half was just four points as Columbia moved out to a narrow 31-30 advantage at the break. Dartmouth stayed close by converting 50.0 percent from the field and 3-of-7 behind the 3-point line.

The Lions used both 52.4 percent accuracy from the floor and a near-perfect 13-of-14 at the charity stripe in the second half in order to pull away for the double-digit home win.

In a meeting that featured 10 ties and 12 lead changes, Columbia made good on 22-of-26 at the charity stripe, compared to Dartmouth which converted only 14- of-24.
