Recap: Texas A&M vs. Miss State

College Station, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - Jamal Jones paced all scorers with 20 points, as the Texas A&M Aggies used a strong second half to run past the Mississippi State Bulldogs, 72-52, in an SEC matchup at Reed Arena.

Jones shot 7-of-14 from the field, including 4-of-8 from 3-point range for Texas A&M (13-9, 4-5 SEC), which snapped out of a five-game losing streak. Kourtney Roberson scored 14 points, Shawn Smith netted 10 and Alex Caruso dished out 10 assists.

For Mississippi State (13-9, 3-6), losers of four straight, Craig Sword and Fred Thomas both finished with 10 points.
