Recap: Ole Miss vs. Vanderbilt

Nashville, TN (Sports Network) - Marshall Henderson had 23 points in Ole Miss' 64-52 win over Vanderbilt in the semifinals of the SEC Tournament.

Reginald Buckner added 15 points and nine rebounds, while Murphy Holloway finished with 12 points and eight boards for the Rebels (25-8), who will play Florida in Sunday's SEC title game.

Ole Miss, which has won six of its last seven tilts, hasn't reached the SEC finals since 2001 and a win over the Gators would secure the school's first NCAA Tournament bid since 2002.

Kedren Johnson netted 12 points for the defending SEC-champion Commodores (16-17), who defeated Arkansas and Kentucky to reach the semifinals.

Sheldon Jeter's dunk gave Vandy a 36-34 lead with 12:45 left, but the Rebels countered with a 24-4 run to put the game away. Buckner had nine points during the outburst and capped it with his tip-in for a 58-40 Ole Miss edge with 3:26 remaining. Henderson added seven and Holloway had six points during the surge.

Earlier, Vandy jumped out to a 26-18 first-half lead, but the Rebels charged back to tie the tilt at 26-26 at the break.
