Harvard shot an impressive 60.0 percent from the floor in the first half, allowing the visitors to take a 38-22 advantage at the break.

Cornell fought back in the second half with 62.5 percent accuracy from the field, but still the Crimson played well enough to hold on for the win, despite being outscored 13-0 down the stretch.

Harvard, which was scheduled to take on Columbia in New York on Saturday, has had that meeting pushed to Sunday afternoon due to the winter storm that has taken over the Northeast.
