The Cardinal created the slight difference on the scoreboard by connecting on 5-of-11 from 3-point range.

Cal hit 44.4 percent of its field goal attempts and converted 13-of-14 at the charity stripe in the second half, but it was not enough as the Cardinal pulled away by making an even 50 percent of their shots from the floor and draining 21-of-23 at the free-throw line.
