Bloomington, IN (Sports Network) - Indiana backup guard Maurice Creek is out indefinitely after sustaining an undisclosed injury to his right foot during Sunday's practice.

Creek is averaging 3.0 points and 1.6 rebounds this season.

"Maurice has been doing so much to improve and help our team," said Indiana coach Tom Crean. "Hopefully this is just a temporary setback."

The redshirt junior has had his first three seasons in Bloomington either cut short or completely wiped out due to injury.
