Boulder, CO (SportsNetwork.com) - Colorado will be without leading scorer Spencer Dinwiddie for the remainder of the season after the standout guard tore his ACL during Sunday's game at Washington.

Head coach Tad Boyle confirmed the injury following Monday's practice.

Dinwiddie earned first team All-Pac-12 honors as a sophomore in 2012-13 after averaging team bests of 15.3 points and 3.0 assists over 33 games. Through the Buffaloes' first 17 outings of this season, he averaged 14.7 points, 3.8 assists and 3.1 rebounds while shooting 41.3 percent from 3-point range.

The 21st-ranked Buffaloes reached the NCAA Tournament in each of Dinwiddie's first two seasons and won their first three Pac-12 games of this campaign prior to Sunday's 71-54 loss to the Huskies.

Colorado brings a 14-3 overall record into Thursday's showdown with No. 25 UCLA in Boulder.
