Crash Victim's Family Wins Lawsuit
Monday, 07 December 2009 21:17
The family of a Flight 5191 crash victim wins a multi-million dollar lawsuit.

The family of Bryan Keith Woodward sued Comair after the August 2006 crash, which killed 49 people. On Monday, a federal jury ruled in favor of Woodward's family, and awarded them seven-point-one million dollars. The family's attorney, David Rappoport, says the family plans a separate suit seeking punitive damages.

Woodward was from Lafayette, Louisiana.
