Powell County Man Dies in Crash

A Powell County man is killed...on his way to Stanton.

The crash happened on Highway 15 about six miles east of Stanton.
Powell Coroner, Carl Wells says Tommy Newberry was hauling firewood and lost control of his truck turning around a curve...hitting a tree.
Newberry was pronounced dead at the scene
