LIHEAP Heat Program Starts Monday

Toby GibbsFolks can get help with their heat, starting Monday.

The Community Action Council's Low-Income Home Energy AssistanceProgram -- or LIHEAP -- helps people pay for heat during the colder months. The amount of help is determined by income, household size, fuel type, and location.

You can call or drop by these locations, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.:
