Swine Flu Death Investigation

altHealth officials are looking into the death of a western Kentucky teen to see if it is related to swine flu.

A spokeswoman for the Cabinet for Health and Family Services says the investigation is in Caldwell County.  She says tests to determine if swine flu killed the teen are expected back next week.

The Associated Press says the Crittenden County Coroner’s Office told them the girl was 13-years-old.  She died Wednesday after being taken to the hospital with flu-like symptoms.
