| Mother Suing Condo Over Drowning |

The mother of a 14-year-old girl who died after getting trapped at the bottom of a pool is suing the owner of the condominium complex. Lisa Ann Scott filed a lawsuit in Fayette Circuit Court against the owners of Aintree Condominiums. Scott's daughter Kiah Milsom and some of her friends jumped a fence and went for a swim in the pool. Her arm got stuck in a drain, trapping her underwater for almost 20 minutes. She died at UK hospital several days later. The lawsuit alleges the owners of the condominium complex should have known the drainage pump was dangerous. |
