A Boyd County man is in jail charged with sexually abusing two foster children.
Police began investigating 52-year-old Bobby Owney after receiving a call from the Department of Social Services. They had enough evidence to arrest Owney charges of rape and sodomy.
Police say the victims were 12 years or younger.
Other charges are pending following a grand jury investigation.
