Update: Temperatures are already dropping into the mid and upper 20s across the Bluegrass turning wet roads into icy roads. Please drive extra slow this evening and Sunday morning! Most snow has come to an end at this time with just a few snow showers still pushing out of far eastern Kentucky.

Bundle up Sunday morning as you head out!! Temps will be in the mid and upper teens in some snow-covered locations.

_____________________________________________________________________________________

A few pockets of mainly light snow will continue to push through central and eastern Kentucky Saturday night. Little to no new snow accumulation is expected overnight. Temperatures will fall off a cliff overnight where snow is on the ground into the teens by morning.

High pressure builds in Sunday morning, clearing our skies. We'll see mostly sunny skies through the afternoon, but temperatures will only climb to about 30° in Lexington.

Our next batch of precipitation is set to arrive Monday night and will start as rain.
