A woman and a baby were critically hurt in a crash Thursday night in Boyle County.

The fire department says a vehicle flipped over an embankment along Highway 34, east of Danville, near Taylor Road. The two victims were flown to the University of Kentucky Hospital. Their names have not been revealed, as of 10:30 p.m. Thursday night. The circumstances of the crash are also unclear.

An ABC 36 news crew says the crash has caused a traffic back-up along Highway 34, a key road for people driving to Danville. The crash could close the road for a couple of hours.
