We're waking up to clouds and showers this morning.  Make sure to grab your umbrella and other rain gear to keep yourself dry.  By lunch time, we're in the low 40s with those clouds and showers still hanging around.  We'll top out in the mid 40s today with a wintry mix on the way by the overnight hours.  Lows this evening will fall below freezing.  Showers will transition to sleet, light freezing rain and snow by first thing Wednesday morning.  Wednesday morning's morning drive could be very slick, especially on the bridges and overpasses.  A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 1pm tomorrow.

Snowfall accumulations in the Blue Grass are expected between 1"-2" with higher amount in eastern KY on the order of 1"-3" of snowfall totals.

Join me today at noon on ABC36 for more on your forecast.
