Afternoon Update:

After the morning clouds, and who can forget about the light showers/snow earlier this week, it's great to see that sunshine.  That sunshine outside your window is going to help warm temperatures into the mid to upper 50s!  If you're heading out to any High School Football games, make sure you bring a jacket, stadium blanket and seat cusion along with you.  Temps overnight should dip to near freezing.

T.G.I.F!

The clouds you're seeing this morning will begin to thin out by late morning and into this afternoon.  The sunshine that peaks on through will begin to warm the temperatures back in to the mid 50s.  Though there's an isolated chance for a shower in our NE counties (~10%), I think that most of us will be staying high and try through the day.  This evening for high school football games, we're calling for temperatures by kick off in the low 50s before bottoming out in the low 40s by the end of the game.  Overnight into Saturday morning, look for clouds to thicken up.  A few of those clouds by tomorrow afternoon, will give way to spotty showers with temps only climbing into the low 50s on both Saturday and Sunday.

See  you at Noon on ABC 36 for more on your extended forecast!
