We know the name of a 19-year old who was killed in a Lexington crash on Tuesday.
The Fayette County Coroner's Office said it was Joe Lyninger of Georgetown.
Lexington Police said he died after his car crossed the center line of Georgetown Road near Spurr Road and collided head-on with a tractor trailer.
The truck driver was not hurt.
