Deputies say they've made a fourth arrest after a toddler was burned by drain cleaner.

Investigators arrested 36-year old Brian Herrin Thursday.

Deputies say the 20-month old boy was in Herrin's house when he was accidentally burned by liquid fire.

The toddlers mom and dad, along with another woman, are also facing charges in the case.
