State Police said an anonymous tip through Facebook led to the arrest of a man in connection to a hit-and-run that left two people dead in Morgan County.

Investigators said acting on the tip, they determined Tony Kegley, Junior, of Morgan County, owned a vehicle matching the description in the tip.

On Tuesday, State Police executed a search warrant at Kegley's residence at which time he was arrested and charged with two counts of Manslaughter 2nd Degree, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Tampering with Physical Evidence, according to investigators.

State Police said on November 2, 2013, at 7:04 p.m., Troopers responded to a deadly traffic accident on KY 1010 near the Ezel community.

Investigators said Elizabeth Thornsberry, 41, of Ezel and Tony Ross, 48, of Clearfield, were at Jaspers Bar in Maytown.

State Police said Ross left the bar on foot and was followed by Thornsberry in her car traveling East toward Ezel.

Investigators said it is believed Thornsberry stopped her car and got out to talk to Ross.

State Police said the two were standing in the westbound lane when a pickup truck traveling West, struck and killed Ross and Thornsberry and did not stop.
